Japan Day Six: Tokyo

Our final full day in Japan we spent mostly getting to and in the Tokyo Tower, an Eiffel Tower-esque building near the river.

On the way we came across the Zojo-ji Temple, one of the primary Buddhist temples in Japan, which sits in the shadow of the tower.

After walking around the large temple complex, we finally arrived at the Tokyo Tower.

From the top of the tower, you could see all of Tokyo.

Kate really liked the buildings in the background that look like tornadoes.

After spending a lot of time at the top of Tokyo Tower, we wandered around Tokyo for a while and finally ended up drinking some cava on the riverside.
